The application recognizes the packaging of the product and shows photo and video content about this product. This solution optimized Valta's costs for printing services, since it allowed not to print the QR code directly on the packaging.

We were looking for new solutions to improve the quality of customer service through a personalized innovative approach. Horum supported our ideas and showed flexibility in making decisions during the negotiations.
The team independently resolved issues that arose during the development process, initially accurately estimated the timing of the work and met the deadline. The difficulty in implementing the tasks was that the Horum team needed to fully study the multi-category range of Valta, understand the expectations of our existing and potential b2b customers, and dive deeply into the specifics of the work of each of Valta's distribution channels. At the same time, the final results exceeded our expectations as a customer.
